Hi! I’m Sade,

I was born and raised on the small island of Trinidad and Tobago. I loved it there, when I turned 18, I knew the island was getting smaller and smaller for my big dreams, free spirit, and fierce soul. I moved across the seas and landed in the US, Washington DC, to be precise. Looking back now, I realize that DC chose me too.

Life has been amazing here. Of course, there have been ups and downs, but every moment has been worth it. And I think that has got something to do with the decision I made when I got here – quickly learn to live by my standards, resist labels and being caged to the norm.

 

She Is Trini and The Some is all of me bundled into one beautiful package with a pretty little purple bow. I am so much more than meets the eye and doesn’t mind sharing it with the world.
